Temperature Controller Unit

A temperature controller is a device that is used to control temperature. It does this by first measuring the temperature (process variable), then compares it to the desired value (set value). The difference between these values is known as the error (deviation). The controller then calculates the necessary adjustment and signals a heating or cooling Unit mechanism to achieve the set temperature. Temperature controllers are crucial in various applications, including HVAC systems, industrial processes, and laboratory equipment, ensuring precise and consistent temperature regulation for optimal performance and safety.
